Kevin is the owner and primary chef for Chapeau Blanc, works with several of the top Los Angeles caterers and works at Let’s Get Cookin’ in Westlake Village where he teaches and assists guest Chefs. He has worked with prominent chefs including Wolfgang Puck (Spago), Hugh Carpenter (Camp Napa Culinary institute), Nancy Silverton (Campanile) Piero Selvaggio (Valentino) and Bruce Aidells (Aidells Sausage Company).
He is a graduate of the Westlake Culinary Institute Professional Cooking Program and the Westlake Culinary Institute Professional Pastry Course. Kevin was privileged to cook at the famous Spago Hollywood prior to its closing in 2001.
